Back End Developer

Backend .NET Opportunity - Fintech - Stockholm

I'm looking for a backend focused .NET developer to join a growing engineering team working on a modern payments platform. This role centers around developing systems that power secure, seamless money transfers between a wide range of businesses.

You'll be joining a product-focused environment where engineers are encouraged to take ownership, contribute ideas, and play a key role in shaping how the platform evolves.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance backend services using .NET/C# that support a high-volume payments platform.
• Build reliable and maintainable code to handle transaction flows and external integrations.
• Design and work with APIs that connect to third-party providers and internal services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improvements.
• Contribute to system design discussions and help scale the platform as demand continues to grow.
• Take part in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and peer code reviews.

Requirements:

• 4+ years' experience working with .NET/C#
• Experience designing or working with APIs and service based architecture.
• Experience working with relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL)
• Experience working with Azure and Azure DevOps
• Desirable: any experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or Fintech is a benefit.
