Location: Stockholm, Sweden (hybrid 3 days onsite per week)

Job Summary / Key Skills

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for recommendation systems, retail analytics, and CRM use cases.
• Build, maintain, and scale data pipelines for large datasets using SQL and DBT.
• Run experiments, perform A/B testing, and evaluate model performance.
• Monitor and analyze models in production to assess performance and business impact.
• Document technical solutions, participate in code reviews, and help define engineering best practices.
• Present findings, insights, and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven experience developing and deploying scalable machine learning and data solutions.
• Strong Python programming skills with hands-on experience using modern ML frameworks.
• Experience operationalizing ML models, including MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
• Solid understanding of statistical techniques, optimization methods, and model evaluation.
• Experience with data management, SQL/DBT, and data modeling.
• Good understanding of data infrastructure and MLOps concepts.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Comfortable working in agile environments and contributing to a DevOps-driven culture.
