Junior Go Developer with GCP

We are seeking a Junior Go Developer with GCP expertise to join our team in maintaining and expanding the Terraform GitHub repository.

This role is perfect for individuals eager to grow their skills while contributing to a collaborative project focused on cloud infrastructure and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing new fields in Terraform
• Support Compute resource tickets with guidance from senior team members
• Contribute to the development of regression test suites
• Collaborate with senior engineers to adopt and implement best practices
• Participate in code contributions and enhancements to Google's Terraform GitHub repository
• Communicate effectively within a team environment to ensure project alignment

Requirements

• Up to 2 years of software engineering experience
• Basic knowledge of Golang and Terraform
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts
• Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2)
