We're looking to hire amazing people for the Product path at Sigortam.net. We're looking to hire for an Associate Product Manager / Product Manager role based on your experience and capabilities.

As a Product Manager you will have a pivotal role in the entire organization that requires a unique blend of business sense and technical savvy; a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality. It takes someone who can speak the language of engineers but also thinks like a management executive.

Your role:

• Leading the change and disruption in what we do, from the ideation to implementation
• Identifying user and business needs, and translating them into clear, actionable product requirements aligned with strategic priorities
• Owning and optimizing the end-to-end product experience across mobile app, web, and WhatsApp
• Building, managing, and prioritizing the product backlog to drive rapid change
• Shape and scale AI-powered product experiences to unlock new customer value and growth opportunities
• Orchestrating the collaboration among cross-functional teams (sales, growth, data scientists, digital marketing, partnerships, legal etc) to achieve a common goal
• Owning features and experiments end-to-end, including analyzing needs, defining requirements, and driving cross-functional execution across all stages of product development
• Work closely with Engineering to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions by contributing to technical discussions, aligning on architecture, and ensuring smooth implementation
• Work closely with Design to define and evolve UI/UX standards, flows, and interaction patterns
• Monitoring, analyzing and interpreting key product metrics/data to drive data-based decision making
• Leverage experimentation (A/B testing) to drive measurable business impact
• Work with data to continuously optimize conversion, retention, and customer value

Your profile:

• Care deeply about user experience and passionate about problem-solving
• Structured thinking ability with focused, positive and result-oriented attitude
• Previous experience, preferably in a digital environment and product-related role.
• Bachelor’s degree from reputable university (majors in BA or Engineering)
• Outstanding analytical skills combined with strong proficiency in SQL and/or Python, enabling data-informed decision making, experiment design, and deep-dive analyses to drive actionable product and business decisions
• Ability to tell the product story with data and user insights
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
• A proactive, creative, troubleshooting character
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and mobile product development
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including an ability to communicate across business and technical domains.
