- Creating and maintaining automation workflows as a core part of backend processes.
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications and functional agent architectures.
- Integrating solutions with enterprise applications using standard API communication.
- Documenting system communication flows and ensuring alignment with organizational architecture.
- Ensuring secure handling of data, proper permission models, and adherence to governance requirements.
- Identifying risks, edge cases, potential failure modes, and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Collaborating with IT, security, compliance, and business representatives throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Practical experience in building conversational agents and designing multi‑step logic.
- Strong understanding of agent‑based AI concepts such as tool use, autonomous task execution, and conversation design.
- Proficiency in workflow automation platforms and data‑driven process design.
- Experience integrating systems via REST API or similar standards.
- Ability to design end‑to‑end solution architecture, including documentation and flow mapping.
- Understanding of authentication methods (e.g., token‑based access, service identities).
- Familiarity with enterprise data connectors and integration patterns.
- Awareness of data sensitivity, classification, and risk factors associated with inter‑system data exchange.
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms and distributed architectures.
- Knowledge of multi‑agent orchestration and complex workflow patterns.
- Familiarity with advanced integration interfaces within productivity or collaboration ecosystems.
- Experience with synchronous vs. asynchronous integration models.
- Background in solution architecture or enterprise‑level integration.
- Practical experience with data loss prevention, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and proactively surface risks or issues.
- Optional: familiarity with alternative enterprise AI platforms (not required but beneficial).
What We Offer
- Opportunity to shape the development of next‑generation AI automation solutions.
- Close collaboration with technical and business teams in a rapidly evolving domain.
- A role that combines innovation, engineering, architecture, and real business impact.
