Scrum Master

Requirements (essential)

● Payments industry experience.

● Strong Agile/Scrum experience, including hands-on facilitation of sprint ceremonies (planning, ceremonies, retrospectives, stand-ups).

● Advanced Jira/Confluence capability (designer level).

● Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Product Owner, Business Analysis, Engineering, DevOps).

What success looks like

● Ceremonies are consistent, purposeful and drive measurable improvement.

● Delivery is transparent: leadership and stakeholders can see progress sprint-by-sprint.

● The team’s Jira/Confluence setup supports good flow, traceability and reporting.

● Impediments are surfaced early and removed quickly, keeping delivery moving at pace.
