Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and technical requirements and design robust data integration and data warehouse solutions.
• Design, develop, and manage data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes using tools such as Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), SSIS, or similar.
• Implement and maintain data models using dimensional modeling techniques (star/snowflake schema, SCD, surrogate keys, etc.).
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across the data warehouse and reporting environments.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau, or similar.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and ensure data needs are met across departments.
• Monitor data workflows and troubleshoot performance or quality issues.
• Support data governance efforts by contributing to metadata documentation, lineage tracking, and data quality controls.
• Stay informed of new trends, tools, and best practices in data warehousing and BI, and promote their adoption internally.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in data warehousing, data integration, or business intelligence.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), SSIS, or similar.
• Proficiency in SQL and strong understanding of relational database concepts.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau, or other comparable platforms.
• Familiarity with data warehouse design methodologies and dimensional modeling principles.
• Knowledge of data governance concepts such as data quality, metadata management, and lineage.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
