My client is known for assembling some of the strongest engineering talent in the market, the kind trusted to solve problems other teams can’t. I’m partnering with them to hire multiple Staff Software Engineer to help design and deliver bespoke AI-powered solutions for organisations tackling complex, high-impact challenges. They’re brought in when internal teams are stuck, when speed matters, and when the problem isn’t clearly defined yet.

The environment is tech agnostic, so strong engineers comfortable working across different stacks are ideal, with experience in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or React particularly valuable. AI product experience isn’t required, but you should have a point of view on how AI is changing software engineering and be curious enough to explore new tools and workflows.
