Job Description

NOV Molde is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. At Field Engineering Molde, we develop, upgrade, and deliver crane solutions that make everyday work safer and more efficient for our customers. As Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on exciting projects within the crane segment – from order to delivery. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with skilled engineers and our customers to make sure everything runs smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects related to crane upgrades and modernization.
• Manage project timelines, financials, and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute technical expertise and support during installation and commissioning.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

Essential Qualifications

• Solid technical understanding and interest in engineering.
• Experience or strong interest in technical projects — preferably within cranes, offshore, or mechanical systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or related technical field.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with industry standards for lifting equipment and safety regulations.
