Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager who can drive business outcomes by owning the product lifecycle end-to-end — from problem definition to release and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should have strong data-driven decision-making skills and the ability to translate insights into impactful product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business outcomes by managing products from problem definition through release and continuous improvement.
• Engage with stakeholders and users to understand the problem space and define clear problem statements.
• Develop proposals to justify resource allocation and secure necessary funding.
• Define success metrics and build dashboards to track and monitor product performance.
• Apply strong data skills to identify hypotheses, develop product strategies, and devise initiatives that drive measurable outcomes.
• Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Collaborate closely with designers and engineering teams to design, develop, test, and launch products.
• Measure product performance, analyze results, and continuously iterate to improve outcomes.
• Support and engage users to drive product adoption and enhance user experience.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes through product initiatives.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to identify hypotheses and translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience managing products end-to-end in collaboration with design and engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively.
• Strong prioritization skills with the ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq is an added advantage.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science, Product Management, or related fields is preferred.
• Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis Professional are a plus.
