UI/UX Designer (Crypto)

We are building a high-performance, data-driven platform with complex user interactions. As the UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, scalable, and visually refined experiences that simplify complex systems and enable users to navigate information efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end design of core product experiences across web and mobile
• Translate complex workflows and data-heavy systems into clear, intuitive user interfaces
• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI with strong attention to detail
• Work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver high-quality features and iterate quickly
• Continuously improve usability, clarity, and performance of key user journeys
• Build and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across products
• Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to identify pain points and inform design decisions
• Prototype interactions and validate ideas through testing and feedback
• Ensure smooth handoff to engineering and maintain design quality through implementation

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in product design in the crypto industry
• Strong ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive user experiences
• Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma (or similar)
• Experience building or contributing to design systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
