Project Manager - Theme Park / Entertainment Project

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Project Manager to join a leading engineering consultancy in Qatar, working on a landmark theme park and entertainment destination. East.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of a major entertainment development, from design coordination through to construction delivery. You will act as the central point of leadership across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

A critical requirement for this role is a strong background in design architecture, enabling you to effectively manage design intent, coordinate with creative and technical teams, and ensure the vision of the project is fully realised.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture – Design Architect background required
• Proven experience as a Project Manager on large, complex developments (theme parks, entertainment, hospitality, or mixed-use projects preferred)
• Strong understanding of design processes, from concept through to detailed delivery
• Experience working within an engineering consultancy or similar environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Middle East project delivery is advantageous
