As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for a Senior People Partner to join our dynamic HR team and help shape what matters most — our people.

🌟 Your role

This is a key, hands-on position where you’ll partner closely with leadership and employees, drive HR initiatives, and build a strong, people-centric culture aligned with our business goals.

🧩 Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the HR Department and business stakeholders
• Support end-to-end HR processes: onboarding, 1:1s, performance reviews, offboarding
• Participate in developing and improving HR policies and employee relations practices
• Maintain regular communication with employees (corporate meetings, newsletters, feedback channels)
• Advise management on employee relations issues and propose effective solutions
• Manage and administer company benefits

✅ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR within an IT / tech environment
• Strong understanding of core HR processes (onboarding, adaptation, performance reviews, 1:1s, offboarding)
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills
• High level of organization, planning, time management, and analytical thinking
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• English — Intermediate level or higher+Russian - fluent

• HR-related education, certifications, or professional training
• Experience working in companies with 500+ employees
• Experience organizing and hosting online events
