About The Client

The early-stage venture fund backs visionary entrepreneurs developing AI-native and frontier technologies to automate the intelligent enterprise and strengthen cybersecurity.

We’re looking for a Senior AI Agent Engineer who loves building intelligent systems that actually work. You’ll be creating AI agents from scratch, optimizing them for real-world tasks, and working extensively with Claude and the Anthropic Agent SDK.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents for various use cases and workflows.
• Develop agents specifically using Claude and the Anthropic Agent SDK.
• Craft and iterate on prompts to get the best performance from LLMs.
• Break down complex tasks into agent-friendly workflows (task decomposition).
• Optimize agent behavior through prompt engineering and architecture design.
• Test and refine agents to ensure reliability and accuracy.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong experience building AI agents.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code and/or Anthropic Agent SDK.
• Expert-level prompt engineering skills – you know how to make LLMs do what you need.
• Ability to decompose complex problems into clear, actionable steps for agents.
• Practical understanding of when to use agents vs. traditional code.
• Comfortable iterating and experimenting to improve agent performance.
• At least Intermediate English proficiency.

• Experience with other agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.)
• Experience with RAG, tool use, and multi-step workflows.
