Lead Product Designer | LATAM | Remote

We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to take ownership of the end-to-end product experience across our platform. This role will drive design strategy, lead major product initiatives, and ensure we deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences across mobile and web.

You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape product direction and translate complex workflows into simple, effective solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines design execution, strategic thinking, and team mentorship.

What You'll Do

Lead the design of core product experiences across mobile and web platforms
Own major design initiatives including platform redesigns, new feature development, and experience improvements
Define and evolve design systems, patterns, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability
Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to identify key problems and opportunities
Translate user insights into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
Create interactive prototypes to validate concepts and support product decisions
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define scope, prioritize features, and deliver solutions
Use data, analytics, and A/B testing to inform design decisions and improve product performance
Ensure a balance between user experience, visual design, and business goals
Mentor and guide other designers, providing feedback and raising the overall quality of design work
Contribute to cross-functional discussions and influence product strategy and roadmap
Maintain clear documentation and communicate design decisions effectively across teams

What We're Looking For

7+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web applications
Proven experience leading design initiatives for complex or high-growth products
Strong product thinking and ability to connect design decisions to user and business outcomes
Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and modern UI patterns
Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience working across the full design lifecycle
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iteration
Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical constraints
Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Haves

Proven experience in leading or conducting both qualitative and quantitative user research.
Knowledge of product analytics and the ability to make design decisions based on data insights.
Skilled in designing intricate systems, workflows, or business-to-business (B2B) products.
Background in front-end web development.
Expertise in designing AI-powered or chat-driven product experiences, such as conversational user interfaces and agent workflows.
Familiarity with creating data-rich dashboards and operational tools tailored for marketplaces or healthcare-related workflows.
