Cyber Security Consultant - Energy Sector

• 2 year fixed term contract role
• 2 days a week in the London office
• £82,000 - £88,000 base + bonus + benefits

Our client are a leading energy company and are looking to recruit a Cyber Security Consultant/Architect role to join their growing Cyber Security team.

The role isn't strictly just within the discipline of architecture but more a technical generalist to support the day-to-day activities and projects. The main duties of this role will be to become a technical advisor / expert and provide continued technical guidance to the Cyber team, IT teams, business and project teams to maintain a high level of cyber security compliance throughout. We expect the candidate to have a broad range of technical skills across the IT discipline, with experience in OT also preferred and have a strong understanding of how cycler security principles can be applied via technical solutions and technical decision making. They also need to have a good understanding or risk and compliance and advise and guide on how to technically achieve compliance. To reiterate we are not looking for a low-level technical specialist in one technology solution, but more of a broader range of cyber and technical skills to contribute and complement the rest of the Cyber Security team.
