About the Role


We are looking for a high-impact Project Manager & Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data-driven insights and operational excellence.

You will be the driving engine of our project executions, responsible for translating complex data into actionable project plans and managing relevant stakeholder, client, and executive communications.


Key Responsibilities


1. Project Management

  • End-to-End Oversight: Lead cross-functional projects from initial scoping through to final delivery, ensuring timelines and quality benchmarks are met.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in our current workflows and design scalable solutions to improve efficiency across the organization. Author standard operating procedures (SOPs) and forms.
  • Resource Allocation: Monitor project health and adjust resources dynamically to meet shifting business priorities.


2. Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analytical Rigor: Synthesize large datasets to identify trends, track KPIs, and provide insights that influence company growth.
  • Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into project performance and departmental goals.
  • Risk Mitigation: Use quality management systems and predictive analysis to identify potential project risks before they impact the bottom line.


3. Executive Communication

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary bridge between clients, technical, operations teams and the executive suite.
  • Presentations: Craft compelling narratives and slide decks for leadership meetings, distilling complex project statuses into clear, high-level summaries.
  • Alignment: Ensure all project goals are tightly aligned with Medcase’s overarching commercial and clinical objectives.


Who You Are

  • A Master of Organization: You use project management principles, like Agile methodologies and tools to optimize processes.
  • Analytically Minded: You are comfortable with SQL, Google Sheets, AppScript, Looker Studio and possess a natural curiosity to dig into the "why" behind the numbers.
  • An Exceptional Communicator: You know how to be concise, persuasive, and professional. Present your ideas and insights using storytelling and with ease.
  • Proactive: You don't wait for a roadmap; you help build it.


Qualifications


Experience

3–5 years in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Management Consulting. Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones. Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.


PMP certification is a strong plus.


Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Healthcare Admin, Health Tech or a related field.


Tech Stack

Proficiency in PM software (Slack, Notion), CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot/Odoo), and BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI/Looker Studio). Agile tools / methodologies.


Industry

Experience in HealthTech or SaaS is highly preferred. Familiarity with healthcare terminology or AI/data projects is a plus.
