IT Support Specialist

Contract Length: 12 months+

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-level on-site IT support for a mid-sized user base in a corporate environment.
• Provide remote assistance to end users across multiple international locations.
• Log, classify, and prioritize incidents and service requests, ensuring proper routing to relevant teams.
• Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Escalate complex incidents when required and proactively monitor their resolution.
• Set up, configure, and distribute end-user devices including laptops, desktops, and mobile phones.
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure, workplace, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing by creating and maintaining documentation in the IT knowledge base.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in IT support or service desk roles; background in regulated industries is advantageous.
• Solid technical expertise across Microsoft Windows environments and Microsoft 365 services.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and service quality.
• Collaborative team player with a willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues.
