Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React and Next.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full technology stack, from building robust backend services using .NET to crafting responsive, high-performance user interfaces with React and Next.js.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET Core / .NET 6+, React, and Next.js
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services
• Build reusable UI components and frontend architecture using React and Next.js
• Implement server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and API routes in Next.js
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and responsiveness
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend teams
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
• Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application issues
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)

Required Technical Skills

Backend (.NET)

• Strong experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+
• Hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs
• Knowledge of Entity Framework Core, LINQ
• Experience with SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MySQL
• Familiarity with authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth, Identity)
• Understanding of microservices and clean architecture

Frontend (React & Next.js)

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js
• Practical experience with Next.js (SSR, SSG, ISR, Routing)
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript
• Experience with modern UI frameworks (Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS)
• State management using Redux, Context API, or similar
• Experience with API integration and frontend performance optimization

DevOps & Tools

• Experience with Git and version control workflows
• CI/CD pipeline exposure (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions)
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization (nice to have)
• Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable)
