The role:

This is a fixed-term role (to 30 June 2027) in customer experience and technology transformation, the kind of work that leaves a visible mark on how an organisation operates and how customers feel when they interact with us.

You'll lead projects that matter, spanning both customer-facing platforms and critical internal systems. This includes: expanding our omnichannel experience, exploring and implementing AI solutions, laying the groundwork for potential new CRM systems, and driving significant enhancements across our broader enterprise technology landscape, including key information management and operational systems.

To do it well, you'll need to be as comfortable in a room with vendors and project sponsors as you are working through complexity with cross-functional teams. Strong stakeholder engagement isn't a nice-to-have here; it's how we get things get things done.

What you'll be focused on:

  • Elevating Customer Experience: Delivering technology projects that enhance how customers interact with us, including improving our digital channels and laying foundations for potential future CRM capabilities.
  • Transforming Enterprise Systems: Driving improvements and modernisations within our essential internal systems, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness across the organisation.
  • Guiding Technology Adoption: Ensuring successful implementation and adoption of new technologies by effectively engaging with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration, and navigating the transition

About you:

To be considered for this position you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience, preferably as an IT Project Manager, leading and delivering projects, understanding project impacts and in the development of achievable project plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple disciplines within a business to understand their business needs and align these with outcomes of technology projects.
  • Excellent organisation and time management combined with exemplary written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendors (through formal contracts) to deliver technology outcomes in a collaborative manner.
  • Demonstrated personal resilience and adaptability where perseverance through challenges with flexible approach and willingness to change
