Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of small to medium Agile or hybrid (Agile–Waterfall) initiatives across technology and business domains

• Drive sprint cadence, PI planning, release planning, and delivery tracking across squads/streams

• Ensure delivery teams are outcome focused, removing impediments and managing cross team dependencies

• Own delivery governance including status reporting, RAID management, and decision logging

• Identify, assess, and proactively manage delivery risks, issues, and dependencies

• Act as the primary point of accountability for delivery outcomes

• Embed Agile delivery best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement

• Drive standardization of delivery artefacts, metrics, and reporting

• Support uplift of Agile maturity across teams and stakeholders

Key Skills & Capabilities

• Strong experience delivering Agile and hybrid projects in complex environments

• Excellent planning, dependency management, and problem solving skills

• Experience working with senior leadership audiences

• Deep understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

• Comfortable working with technology teams (engineering, testing, cloud, data)

• Ability to translate technical progress into business relevant outcomes

Experience & Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in Project Management & Agile Delivery Management roles

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex technology or transformation programs

• Experience in regulated or enterprise environments (e.g. banking, financial services, insurance) preferred

• Relevant certifications desirable (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum Master, Agile PM)
