Full Stack Developer (Part-Time / Semi-Senior)

Location: 100% Remote

Schedule: 20 hours per week (4 hours/day)

The Role

We are looking for a Semi-Senior Full Stack Developer to support the continued development of the platform. In this part-time role, you will be a key contributor to feature development, system integrations, and platform stability. You will work across the entire stack, collaborating with our AI and infrastructure teams to deliver high-impact capabilities while maintaining a clean, maintainable codebase.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

Build and maintain robust REST APIs for the core platform.
Extend and optimize PostgreSQL schemas using Prisma ORM.
Ensure the secure handling of API requests and sensitive user data.

Frontend Development

Develop and refine the web interface using React + Vite.
Seamlessly integrate frontend components with backend services.
Prioritize clean UX and responsive UI behavior.

Collaboration & Platform Health

Support the DevOps pipeline using Docker and GitHub Actions.
Assist in debugging and optimizing services hosted on AWS.
Improve observability, logging, and error-handling across the platform.
Participate in testing, bug fixes, and incremental architectural improvements.

Required

Technical Requirements

Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Backend: Strong experience with Node.js and REST API design.
Frontend: Expertise in React development.
Database: Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and Prisma ORM.
Workflows: Git-based version control and asynchronous API integrations.
Security: Familiarity with API security best practices and environment-based configuration.

Nice To Have

Experience with AI/LLM integrations (OpenAI API, etc.).
Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch).
Knowledge of observability and logging practices.
Familiarity with Prompt Engineering workflows.
