The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead end-to-end user experience for complex technology platforms in a fast-paced environment.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, drives design strategy, and delivers intuitive, user-centered solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end UX design process across complex platforms
• Navigate ambiguity and define problem spaces and design frameworks
• Align design strategy with product and business goals
• Build and evolve design systems for scalability and consistency
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and R&D teams
• Lead user research and translate insights into actionable designs
• Create user flows, journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on data and feedback
• Ensure design feasibility and quality implementation with engineering
• Apply modern UX/UI best practices
• Mentor and support junior designers when needed

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on UX Design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and impact
• Expertise with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar tools
• Solid experience in UX research, interaction design, and usability testing
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working closely with engineering teams
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus
• Advanced English (mandatory)
