Senior Embedded Site Reliability Engineer (m/f/x)

We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to work directly with engineering teams to build and maintain reliable, scalable, and high-performing systems. As an Embedded SRE, you will be deeply integrated into the development process, ensuring reliability is a core part of our software lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Embedded Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to design, implement, and maintain reliable systems from development to production.
• Monitoring & Observability: Use Dynatrace to ensure system health and visibility.
• Incident Handling: Partner with teams to handle high-severity production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• SLO/SLI Ownership: Guide teams in defining the right SLIs, observing SLOs as well as implementing automated alerting and dashboards for proactive tracking, to ensure the achievement of internal SLAs
• Resilience Engineering: Advocate for and implement reliability patterns (e.g., circuit breakers, retries, bulkheads) to build resilient systems.

• SRE Experience: Prior experience working as an SRE, partnering with development teams to integrate reliability into the software lifecycle, spreading the SRE Mindset.
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with monitoring, cloud-native tools, and modern cloud infrastructure practices.
• Incident & Problem Management: Proven ability to lead and resolve critical incidents while driving long-term improvements.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to support engineering teams and excellent communication skills to overcome challenges.

Compensation And Rewards

• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
• Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €60,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer ahigher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
