Functioneel Analist

We’re looking for a Functional Analyst to join our client’s team and support the analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement of business and IT processes. This opportunity is well suited for a motivated professional at an early stage of their career who is eager to develop their skills in a dynamic IT environment and contribute to projects with tangible business impact.

The Role

As part of our client’s organization, you will collaborate closely with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders. Your mission will be to help structure information, model processes, and support functional and technical analysis across various IT initiatives. You will play an active role in documenting solutions, maintaining data models, and contributing to the overall quality and consistency of project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining UML diagrams and clear functional or technical documentation
• Performing analysis and validation using SQL Server databases
• Working with XML and XSD for data exchange and model definition
• Supporting functional and technical analysis activities within IT projects
• Assisting team members with structured documentation and analytical tasks
• Learning and applying internal standards, tools, and methodologies
  
  
  

The Ideal Candidate

You are curious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow professionally. You enjoy working collaboratively and adapting to change in a fast-paced IT setting. You bring a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (or a related field), at least two years of relevant experience, and a solid understanding of UML, SQL Server, and XML/XSD. Experience with Enterprise Architect or Agile methodologies is considered a plus. You are proactive, quality-focused, and known for your flexible mindset, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to share knowledge with others.
