Senior Network & Security Engineer (Freelance) – Brussels (Hybrid)

We're partnering with a large client in Belgium, on the search for a Network & Security Engineer to operate across a broad, modern infrastructure environment, covering everything from core networking to cloud and security tooling.

What you’ll do:

• Work hands-on across network and security infrastructure (on-prem + Azure)
• Operate across Fortinet, Aruba/Cisco, SD-WAN, SASE, NDR (Darktrace), SIEM
• Support and evolve the overall security posture and network landscape
• Contribute to backlog, prioritisation, and coordination within a small team

What we’re looking for:

• Strong hands-on experience across network AND security
• Comfortable working across multiple technologies
• Able to take ownership and operate with autonomy in a smaller environment
• Fluent English required, Dutch and/or French preferred
