ARC Business Solutions Inc. is currently seeking individuals with experience as a Healthcare Project Manager for upcoming opportunities with ARC’s clients.

ROLE: HEALTHCARE PROJECT MANAGER

The successful candidate must possess demonstrated experience in the following areas:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post-secondary degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience driving project management in a busy, multifaceted environment in a healthcare vertical (data analytics or information technology setting is an asset);
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) designation;
  • Experience delivering high risk, process oriented IT projects and vendor contract management are mandatory;
  • Experience in managing large scale IT software implementations;
  • Experience in organizational change management;
  • Understanding of IT security;
  • Experience in organizational change management communications;
  • Experience working in a healthcare and/or research environment an asset
  • Demonstrated experience establishing and/or operating the following project control processes on multiple projects: schedule management, issue management, risk management, status reporting, change control, budget/effort management
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the client organization
  • Experience with projects spanning the full systems development life cycle
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in a large organization
  • A successful track record
  • Minimum direct report team size of three (3) not including PM position

Degree destinations (e.g., Bachelor of Science, Computing Science) and/or vendor technical certifications are desirable criteria for our selection.
