We are looking to hire a People Data Analyst to join our People Analytics team.

About Us

With over 200 million customers in 50+ countries, Bolt is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and Africa. And it's all thanks to our people.

We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or disability.

Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars, and we need your help to achieve this mission!

About The Role

The People Data Analyst plays a key role in enabling smart, data-driven decisions across Bolt by combining people data, analytical modelling, and business insight to deliver actionable recommendations.

This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of people operations, data science, and business strategy — ideal for someone passionate about turning data into meaningful stories that shape the employee experience.

You will be part of a small but highly skilled People Analytics team, collaborating closely with the People & Workplace function, business leaders, and central Data teams to build scalable analytics, dashboards, and insights that guide decisions across the entire employee lifecycle.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver analytical support across areas such as hiring, engagement, retention, and internal mobility.
  • Translate complex data into practical recommendations tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Design and maintain Looker dashboards and reports to support self-service analytics.
  • Contribute to the development and testing of dbt data models and metric definitions.
  • Identify data quality issues, propose remedies, and strengthen trust in people data.
  • Provide deep-dive analyses and insights that inform strategic and operational decisions.

About you:

  • You have experience in people analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis.
  • You bring strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as SQL, Looker, or Python.
  • You understand key HR metrics and enjoy solving problems related to workforce insights.
  • You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about using data to improve the employee experience.
  • You communicate complex data clearly and enjoy partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • You’re collaborative, adaptable to change, and motivated by continuous learning and improvement.

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying if you feel you’re the kind of person described above!

Why you’ll love it here:

  • Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities.
  • Enjoy a rewarding salary and stock options, knowing that as Bolt succeeds, so do you.
  • Take care of your physical and mental health with our wellness perks.
  • Celebrate 5 years at Bolt with a 1-month paid sabbatical to recharge.
  • Connect with colleagues at annual company events and smaller team gatherings.
  • Balance flexibility and in-person collaboration with our hybrid model, including at least 12 monthly in-office days.
  • Some perks may differ depending on your location and role.
