Brief Summary Of The Role

Our team builds Copado Robotic Testing, a leading AI-powered, cloud-native, low-code test automation platform designed specifically to accelerate testing for Salesforce, and other enterprise applications.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and maintain intuitive, elegant, and frictionless user interfaces using Angular (v19+) and TypeScript.
  • Contribute to the Copado Design System (CDS) by building modular, reusable UI components and shared libraries to ensure a cohesive experience across all products.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Backend Engineers, and UX/UI Designers to build the leading user experience for orchestrating automated testing on the path towards Autonomous Testing.
  • Deliver measurable performance improvements, through lazy loading, caching, and efficient data binding.
  • Develop secure, efficient REST/GraphQL API integrations with backend microservices built in TypeScript, Python, and Rust.
  • Improve frontend observability and resilience by implementing logging, error tracking, and performance metrics to reduce production incidents.
  • Adopt and promote AI-assisted development practice to improve code quality and development speed.
  • Participate in code reviews, investigate customer-reported cases, and contribute to Exploratory Testing.

We Are Looking For Someone With

  • Expertise in Angular (v19+) and TypeScript, including state management and modern component patterns.
  • Strong experience in UI architecture for large-scale, modular enterprise applications and shared libraries.
  • Proficiency in REST/GraphQL integrations with attention to security and performance.
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive design, with a focus on accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.
  • AI-Native Mindset: Experience using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, refactoring, and documentation.
  • Testing & CI/CD mindset, with experience in related tools for end-to-end delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work seamlessly across time zones.
  • Cultural alignment with our TRIBE values: Customer-first mindset, a bias for action, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Nice to Have

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., RxJS, NgRx) for complex enterprise applications.
  • Proactive interest in modernizing legacy UI layers and introducing better patterns.
