Java (Spring batch, JSP, Hibernate) HTML & JavaScript/jQuery, Groovy, XML,Ubuntu 20., MariaDB 10.3, MSSQL,L2/L3 support ,ITIL processes and ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent), Handling 24x7 operations, critical incidents, Monitoring & observability tools (APM, logs, alerts)
