OT Cybersecurity Analyst

Role Description We're looking for an OT Cybersecurity Analyst to join our delivery team. You'll work directly with Finnish manufacturing plants and critical infrastructure providers, both remotely and on-site. The work spans the full delivery cycle: deploying and configuring security solutions, maintaining visibility into client environments, analyzing security data, and turning findings into recommendations clients can act on.

You'll be part of a team where ownership comes early and expectations are high.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Finnish and English required
• At least 3 years of experience in IT/OT cybersecurity, with a minimum of 1 year working within OT environments
• Strong technical foundation in network security with the ability to learn and apply new tools and platforms quickly
• Solid understanding of ISA/IEC 62443, NIS2 and ISO/IEC 27001
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working independently on client sites across Finland
