Position
Business Development Manager — Web3
Location: Remote | EU
Compensation: €77,000 – €99,000 per year, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities across the Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, fintech, and SaaS sectors
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients through outbound outreach, networking, and industry engagement
- Lead discovery calls, present the agency's services, and negotiate partnership terms
- Develop tailored proposals and pitch materials aligned with client needs and the agency's service offerings
- Collaborate with the marketing and account management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term retention
- Represent weareLUMA at industry events, conferences, online communities, and Web3 forums
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the blockchain and fintech space
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM pipeline and provide regular reporting on business development progress
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management within Web3, crypto, fintech, or a closely related industry
- Solid understanding of blockchain technology, tokenomics, cryptocurrency markets, and decentralized ecosystems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to independently drive deals from first contact to close
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, comfortable working in a fully remote and fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with marketing agencies or B2B service providers is a significant advantage
- An established personal network within the Web3 or fintech industry is highly valued
