Resource Requirements:


1) Structured Cabling Engineers / Network Engineers

Role: Precision termination and system certification


Key Skills Required:


Mass Fusion Splicing: Proficiency with ribbon splicers for approximately 5,000 MPO splices

Tier 1

Testing: Experience with Fluke Versiv and DSX-8000 certification protocols

Fibre Hygiene: Expertise in video probe inspection and adherence to clean-before-connect standards


2) Smart Hands

Role: Infrastructure deployment and high-volume cable management


Key Skills Required:


Pathway Construction: Assembly of Ortronics and Chatsworth overhead and runway racks

Cable Pulling: Knowledge of bend-radius limits for armored fibre trunks and Cat-6 bulk cable

Industrial Labelling: Experience with large-scale, machine-printed cable labeling


Project Details:


Shift Duration: 12 Hours (Daily)

Shift Timing: 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM

Project Duration: 1 Week

Tentative Start Date: Mid-May 2026
