What You’ll Do:

📈 Drive Impact with Data: Develop and deploy statistical models and machine learning solutions that solve real product and business problems at scale.

🧪 Own Experimentation: Design, run, and analyse A/B tests and experiments, ensuring rigorous methodology and trustworthy conclusions.

🤝 Partner Across Teams: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define success metrics, shape roadmaps, and embed data into decision-making.

What They’re Looking For:

✅ 3+ years of experience in data science, applied statistics, or machine learning in a product-driven environment

✅ Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, and causal inference

✅ Hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models in production

✅ Excellent SQL skills and strong proficiency in Python

✅ Experience working with large, complex datasets and modern data platforms

✅ Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

✅ Proven track record of influencing product or business decisions with data
