Mid-Senior Java Developer

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to contribute to the development of a modern, enterprise-grade platform focused on production management and operational efficiency. The role involves working within a distributed, agile team delivering scalable and resilient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java-based applications.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Translate functional and non-functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing.
• Contribute to system architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Support integration with multiple enterprise systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience in Java (preferably Java 11+) and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex systems.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and best engineering practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Familiarity with enterprise or financial systems is advantageous.
