As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll take full ownership of backend development, designing and implementing robust, fault-tolerant solutions while contributing to the evolution of the platform’s architecture. You’ll work in a collaborative environment where your ideas are valued and your work directly impacts product reliability and client experience. What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and implementation of backend solutions using Python and modern web frameworks
• Take ownership of features and modules, driving them from design through development, testing, and deployment
• Build APIs to provide secure, reliable, and performant access to regulatory data
• Contribute to DevOps practices, ensuring continuous delivery, monitoring, and production reliability
• Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to rapidly prototype solutions and bring innovative approaches to complex problems
• Perform code reviews, testing, and mentoring to maintain high-quality deliverables

Tech Stack

• Backend: Python, FastAPI, Django, REST APIs
• Databases: PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, RDBMS modeling
• Infrastructure: Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Linux environments, Azure (optional)
• Integration: Cloud-native patterns, external APIs, secure authentication

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in software development in business-critical environments, with at least 3 years in Python backend development
• Strong SQL and database modeling skills
• Practical Linux knowledge and modern DevOps experience
