Key responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing cryptocurrency investment portfolios across multiple digital asset classes
• Developing and executing investment strategies aligned with fund objectives and market conditions
• Conducting in-depth research and due diligence on blockchain projects, DeFi protocols, and emerging crypto assets
• Monitoring portfolio performance, risk exposure, and liquidity on a daily basis
• Preparing investment reports, performance reviews, and fund documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities within Web3, DeFi, and tokenized asset markets
• Collaborating with the marketing and business development teams to align fund positioning with agency strategy
• Staying current with regulatory developments, market trends, and macroeconomic factors affecting digital assets

Requirements

• Proven experience as a fund manager, portfolio manager, or similar role in crypto or traditional finance
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi ecosystems, and digital asset markets
• Strong analytical skills with experience in quantitative and qualitative investment analysis
• Proficiency with on-chain analytics tools, trading platforms, and portfolio management software
• Solid understanding of risk management principles in volatile markets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• EU residency or eligibility to work within the EU
