As part of our data team, you’ll be an end-to-end data person, who helps business to make smarter data-driven decisions - from defining the problem to designing a solution to implementing it. This isn’t a role where you sit on the sidelines.

What will you do

• Build and scale data ingestion pipelines in Qlik
• Work directly with PostgreSQL production databases and Google BigQuery, extracting and structuring data from live systems while ensuring reliability, performance, and data integrity at every step
• Integrate data from multiple sources, including marketing APIs (Meta, Google Ads, etc.), GA4, Segment, and email platforms
• Design clean, scalable data models in Qlik
• Transform messy data into something the business can trust
• Create dashboards that are not just “nice” but actually used in decision-making process
• Help teams across the company make smarter decisions
• Jump into data incidents when needed (yes, sometimes off-hours)

Applicant requirements

• You have vast experience working with Qlik
• You know how to use the Qlik associative data model and Qlik Script Editor
• You build dashboards that not only follow best practices, but also tell a clear and visually engaging data story
• You can write and debug complex SQL queries
• Ideally, you have experience in data engineering, DWH creation and ETL/ELT tools and concepts but this is not strictly required
• You can integrate reporting components from multiple data sources (REST API, banking/payment processing systems, email delivery services, chatbots, and other types of integrations)
• You have experience in end-to-end implementation of BI projects for developing a portfolio of KPIs, reports, and dashboards
• You have a working understanding of visual analytics best practices, development processes, and knowledge of typical BI & analytics tools and technologies
• You're great at translating business requirements into technical solutions
• You speak fluent English

Salary

Depending on your experience and qualifications 3200 EUR - 5200 EUR GROSS (and even higher, actually, with performance & other bonuses)
