We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help us translate data into business growth. You’ll be the bridge between our modern Data Warehouse and our product team, turning complex numbers into clear, actionable insights that help us make better decisions.

What you’ll do:

• Be the Strategic Data Partner: You’ll be the go-to person for one of our business units. You won’t just pull numbers; you’ll answer the "why" behind them.
• Driving Growth Through Data: You’ll be responsible for tracking product performance across all stages of the user journey. You’ll analyze funnel conversion rates, evaluate user lifetime value (LTV), and provide data-backed recommendations on things like which markets we should scale or optimize.
• Build & Visualize: You’ll be responsible for building reports and dashboards, creating intuitive visual stories that the whole team can understand.
• Deliver Actionable Insights: You’ll be a key partner to the team. When a new trend emerges, you’ll help us look beyond the surface to understand what’s really happening. Your goal is to turn data into a conversation, bringing not just numbers, but thoughtful suggestions on how we can grow together.

What we’re looking for:

• SQL skills: You are comfortable writing clean and efficient queries to extract and manipulate the data you need.
• Analytical Mindset: You don’t just move data — you understand business metrics and how to calculate them accurately.
• BI Tool Proficiency: Experience with Power BI, Lightdash, Metabase, or similar web-based BI tools.
• Communication & Ownership: You are a strong communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You are curious, proactive, and comfortable working closely with teams to understand their problems and drive solutions independently.
