Team Leader | Shipbuilding Projects

We are looking for a Team Leader with experience in construction or technical project management to work on shipbuilding projects from our Klaipėda office.

This role is ideal for someone who can organize work, manage on-site processes, coordinate a team, and ensure projects progress on time and with high quality. The position not only involves responsibility for ongoing operations but also provides a clear growth path toward a Project Manager role.

Location: Klaipėda Office

Salary: €2,500–3,000 gross

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate work according to the project plan
• Supervise the team and assign tasks
• Ensure work quality, deadlines, and compliance with regulations
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and project stakeholders
• Control documentation and processes
• Solve problems promptly and make day-to-day decisions

We expect you to:

• Have experience as a site supervisor, preferably abroad
• Be able to organize work independently and take responsibility
• Understand technical processes and manage priorities effectively
• Possess strong communication and coordination skills
• Be open to possible international assignments
• Experience in shipbuilding or industrial projects is a strong advantage
