🔍 Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

As a Senior Consultant / Manager, you will:

• Deliver payments transformation initiatives across operating models and processes.

• Improve operational efficiency and customer journeys.

• Coordinate delivery and implementation readiness.

• Support steering and performance tracking for senior stakeholders.

• Contribute to payments‑related market offers.

• With increasing responsibility over time, take ownership of workstreams, client interactions and team coordination.

💡 Your Profile

You’re the right fit if you:

• Hold a Master’s degree (ideally in Finance, Banking, Economics or similar).

• Have proven experience in Consulting, Business Analysis or Project Management within financial services.

• Are comfortable working across business, operations and technology stakeholders.

• Are fluent in French and English (German is an asset).

• Have strong communication and organisational skills.
