Scrum Master - Temenos

Experis Luxembourg is looking for a Scrum Master - Temenos for one of his client in the banking sector.

Your responsibilities

• Act as a leader, coaching Agile teams and fostering a culture of empowerment, collaboration, transparency, and discipline
• Lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies, ensuring effective team rituals and delivery practices
• Support Product Owners in backlog management, prioritization, and value-driven delivery
• Organize and drive quarterly planning, including team breakouts and feature roadmap alignment
• Manage cross-team dependencies and track delivery progress against objectives
• Identify and remove impediments, facilitate conflict resolution, and ensure smooth team operations
• Drive continuous improvement using Agile best practices, metrics, and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align on priorities, goals, and expectations
• Act as a change agent to promote Agile methodologies and ensure alignment with governance frameworks

Your profile

• 5+ years’ experience with Temenos solutions
• Scrum Master certification
• Proven experience in Agile delivery within IT and/or Finance environments
• Strong understanding of software development, lifecycle and Agile practices
• Experience with stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Fluent in English (French or German is a plus)
