Role Description

• We are currently looking for a Senior Associate or Partner to join Jurisconsul in Luxembourg in a strategic capacity, with a view to building a long-term partnership alongside the Managing Partner.
• While the firm has a strong position in FinTech, blockchain and innovation, we are open to candidates from any practice area, provided they bring a clear ability to develop and manage a client base.
• This is a partnership-driven opportunity, designed for a lawyer who wishes to actively contribute to the growth of an independent firm and operate with a high degree of autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Must have an existing client portfolio.
• Develop and manage firm's client portfolio, leveraging existing relationships and networks
• Act as a key contributor to the firm’s growth and strategic direction
• Provide high-quality legal advice within your area of expertise
• Work closely with the Managing Partner on the development of the firm
• Contribute to the structuring and expansion of the practice
• Support and mentor junior lawyers as the team grows

Qualifications

• Fully qualified lawyer in Luxembourg (Avocat à la Cour), mandatory
• Minimum 6–10 years’ experience (Senior Associate) or more (Partner track) within a Luxembourg law firm
• Demonstrated ability to originate, develop, and retain clients
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in building and growing a practice
• Autonomous, rigorous, and business-oriented
• Fluent in English and French.
