Job Description: Be the Face of Xiaomi in Bucharest

As a Store Associate at Xiaomi Bucharest, you’ll be more than just a salesperson – you’ll be a tech ambassador, a problem-solver, and a trusted advisor to our customers.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers warmly, understanding their needs, and providing professional product recommendations (e.g., smartphones, smart home gadgets, wearables).
• Demonstrating Xiaomi products’ features and functionalities to help customers make informed decisions.
• Managing store inventory, ensuring products are properly displayed, and maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Building strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve store sales targets and participate in promotional activities.

Requirements are:

• Previous retail or sales experience, work experience in consumer electronics industry is a plus;
• Strong willingness to engage in retail, strong learning ability, good spirit of cooperation and ownership;
• Able to communicate fluently in English;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Passion for technology and home electronics;
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
