At agap2 Switzerland, our consultants work on high-impact engineering projects with leading industrial clients. As our team continues to grow, we are looking for a Team Manager to support and develop a team of consultants working on client sites.

👥 Your mission:

You will play a key role in supporting our consultants throughout their assignments and ensuring strong engagement with the company.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and supporting a team of engineering consultants working at client sites
• Conducting regular follow-ups with consultants (performance, well-being, development)
• Managing intercontract phases and supporting consultants between projects
• Acting as the main contact between consultants, clients, and internal teams
• Supporting onboarding and helping structure the engineering team as we grow

🎯 Profile we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or Economics
• 💥Must-have: at least 3 years of professional experience with a previous experience managing engineers or consultants
• Experience in a consulting / engineering services company
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• ⚠️Fluent in French and English, your German must be operational (strong B1 minimum)
