We are launching a state-of-the-art drug product production site and we’re hiring a Project Manager to build and drive our new centralized PMO. This impactful role will standardize project management, accelerate drug launches, and boost cross-functional teamwork across R&D, regulatory, quality, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead a central PMO for new site ramp-up and innovation projects.
• Standardize project governance and best practices across countries and teams.
• Manage complex portfolios—clinical trials, tech transfers, CAPEX, and digital projects.
• Ensure compliance with ANVISA, EMA, FDA, and GMP regulations.
• Collaborate daily with passionate experts across our business.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in project management (preferably pharma/CDMO/new site launches).
• Skilled at PMO frameworks, stakeholder management & regulatory requirements.
• Fluent Spanish and strong English communication.
• Strategic, proactive, and passionate about execution excellence.
