Java Backend Developer

We are looking for Java Backend Developers across experience levels (Associate to Senior) to join high-performing Agile teams building scalable, cloud-based backend systems. If you enjoy working with modern technologies, microservices, and cloud platforms—this is for you.

🔧 Your Role

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-native backend services
  • Build scalable solutions using Java, Spring Boot & Microservices
  • Develop and integrate REST/gRPC APIs
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
  • Deploy and manage services using Docker & Kubernetes
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional Agile teams
  • Contribute to system improvements, performance, and reliability

✅ Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Java backend development
  • Hands-on with Spring Boot & Microservices architecture
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
  • Knowledge of:
    • Kubernetes, Docker, YAML
    • SQL databases (Postgres, Cassandra, etc.)
    • API development (REST or gRPC)
  • Familiarity with Git, Jira, CI/CD tools
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)

⭐ Nice to Have

  • Kafka / Event-driven architecture
  • Monitoring tools (Grafana, PagerDuty)
  • MQTT, AMQP, JMS
  • Postman, Cucumber
  • Experience with distributed systems
