Data & AI Business Developer

We are expanding our Data & AI Business Development team. We’ve already seen the massive impact data & AI can have on our business and now, we’re looking for a hands-on Business Developer to join our team and help us accelerate that journey.

We are looking for a person who is motivated by tangible business outcomes and enjoys working closely with people across the business to turn ideas into measurable business value.

What You Will Do

• Create the "Why" behind our initiatives. You’ll use data and SQL to validate ideas and ensure we are prioritizing the projects with the highest potential impact.
• Drive the end-to-end journey of a data & AI initiative, from early discovery and feasibility assessment to final rollout, impact evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with people from different teams across Lendo Group to find where data & AI can have significant business impact.
• Act as the vital link & translator between our Data Science team, Product & Tech teams and our Business units, ensuring alignment and efficient execution.
• Contribute with your insights from the field to help shape the long-term strategy for the Group.
