Senior Project Manager:

For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager for a long contract based in Solna, Stockholm, Sweden.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT project lifecycle (initiation to closure)
• Conduct gap analysis for NIS2 compliance
• Develop and execute plans to address compliance deviations
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Manage budget, resources, and third-party contracts
• Coordinate with stakeholders (BAs, CSR, Legal, IT teams)
• Ensure compliance with legal and security requirements
• Drive communication and reporting across teams

Phase 1 Deliverables

• Complete gap analysis
• Assess compliance against NIS2 requirements
• Evaluate current assurance/compliance status
• Define roadmap for closing compliance gaps

Essential Skills

• Strong Project Management expertise
• Experience in IT project delivery & stakeholder management
• Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks
• Experience working with requirements and cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Self-driven with proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of ISO 27000 (ISO 27K) standards
• Background in Security Risk Management
• Strong technical IT understanding
• Experience in regulatory/compliance projects

Language Requirements

• Swedish: Fluent (spoken & written)
• English: Fluent (spoken & written)
