Web Frontend Developer - Industrial & IoT Systems (Hybrid, Izmir)

We are a hardware and software design startup building systems for real industrial environments.

Our products combine edge devices, real time data, and web and mobile platforms to monitor machines, improve safety, and optimize operations. We work on computer vision and object detection systems for occupational safety, as well as remote monitoring and preventive maintenance platforms.

Our systems are actively used in real factories. This is not a demo environment. What we build runs in production and is used daily.

We are a small, tight knit team. We communicate directly, move fast, and build systems end to end.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

We are looking for a Web Frontend Developer who will take primary ownership of our web frontend.

You will be the main person shaping the frontend, working closely with backend, mobile, and device level systems. The frontend is tightly connected to APIs, real time data, and operational workflows.

Most of the data you will work with is already processed and served through APIs. At the same time, you are expected to understand the data, question it when needed, and handle light transformations on the frontend when required.

You will work on data heavy interfaces such as dashboards, monitoring systems, and operational views where clarity, performance, and usability matter more than visual polish.

This is not a task based role. It is a hands on role with real ownership in a small team where everyone contributes across boundaries.

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻

• Build and evolve the web frontend of our core platforms

• Turn API driven data into clear and usable interfaces

• Develop dashboards, monitoring screens, and data driven views

• Work with real time and historical data

• Structure and adapt data when needed on the frontend

• Collaborate closely with backend, mobile, and device systems

• Improve usability and clarity of existing interfaces

• Gradually expand into understanding APIs, deployment, and system behavior

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵

𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

• 1 to 3 years of frontend development experience

• Experience with a modern frontend framework, React preferred

• Comfortable working with REST APIs and structured data

• Basic understanding of authentication such as tokens and sessions

• Familiar with Git and modern development workflows

𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀

• Basic understanding of how modern applications are built and run

• Comfortable using Linux and the command line

• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as IP, routing, or VPN

• Some exposure to cloud environments such as AWS or DigitalOcean

• Awareness of deployment concepts such as docker and CI CD

• Basic familiarity with SQL or structured data

𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲

• Experience with dashboards, charts, or data heavy interfaces

• Familiarity with real time data such as WebSockets or polling

• Exposure to Docker or container based environments

• Interest in IoT, industrial systems, or connected devices

• Interest in computer vision and how it integrates into products

𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• Comfortable driving and open to on site visits

• Interested in seeing systems in real environments

• Open to travel, including international technology fairs and industry events

• Comfortable working in English for documentation and code, and able to communicate with international clients when needed

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗗𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁

This is not a typical frontend position focused on UI implementation.

You will work on systems connected to real machines and real data, as part of a small team where your decisions directly shape the product. You will not only build interfaces, but also influence how data is understood and used.

You will have the opportunity to grow beyond frontend, gain exposure to backend systems, deployment, and real world engineering problems, and see how your work is used in actual industrial environments.
